Perform thorough oral health assessments, including periodontal charting, caries risk assessment, and oral cancer screenings. Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans to support long-term oral health. Accurately document clinical findings, treatment provided, and patient communications in the practice management system. Qualifications Current, active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) and required certifications (e.g., local anesthesia, nitrous oxide) as applicable. Proven experience working as a Dental Hygienist in a general dentistry or multi-provider practice setting. Proficiency with digital radiography, intraoral imaging, and standard dental hygiene instruments and protocols. Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills with a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
