Registered Dental Hygienist - River Dental - Havre De Grace, MD

Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing - Take dental x-rays - Assess patients' oral health and provide oral hygiene instructions - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment - Educate patients on proper oral care techniques and preventive measures - Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care Requirements: - Valid dental hygiene license in Maryland - Comfortable using Dentrix Ascend or other computer based dental software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work well in a team environment We are seeking a part time RDH, ideally for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our hours are Monday-Thursday are 8-4:30 and Fridays 8-1. Located in downtown Havre de Grace where we pride our clean, modern, patient focused office.
