What working here actually looks like: A full case mix: restorative, surgical, implants (all stages), prosthetic — the dentistry that actually challenges your skills. Digital workflow throughout — intraoral cameras, digital radiology, current charting software. Doctors who treat you like a clinical professional, not a pair of hands. Schedule flexibility across five locations if you want it — cover a sister office, cross-train, work close to home. Real continuing education support, mentorship from long-tenured colleagues, and growth paths into lead assistant, treatment coordinator, or office leadership roles for the right people. What we need from you: 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience. Comfortable with restorative, endodontic, and implant procedures. Radiology certification preferred. Strong communication and the ability to anticipate what the provider needs. A team-first, patient-focused mindset. Compensation and benefits: $20–$25 per hour depending on experience.
