We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented individual to train as our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to guide our new patients through their orthodontic journey—from their first visit to starting treatment. No Orthodontic Experience Required – We Will Train You This role is ideal for someone who is: Great with people Organized and dependable Interested in the dental field What You’ll Do: Lead new patient visits and create a welcoming, positive experience Review treatment recommendations and guide patients through next steps Present financial options clearly and confidently Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment Work closely with the doctor and team to keep schedules full and organized What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills—you’re confident, friendly, and professional Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients make decisions Self-motivated and dependable Organized and able to follow up consistently Positive, team-oriented mindset Dental or orthodontic experience or willingness to learn – we will train you!
