Tarpon Dental | Full-Time - 32 hours - 4 days We are a patient-focused, quality-driven Privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Team Member who enjoys being an active part of patient care, treatment planning, and case acceptance. This is not an entry-level position . Weâre looking for someone confident , proactive, and comfortable supporting both the doctor and patients through the treatment process. What Youâll Do: Provide skilled four-handed chairside assisting. Anticipate the doctorâs needs and help maintain smooth clinical flow. Support treatment plan presentation Reinforce recommendations and help patients feel confident moving forward with care. Play an active role in treatment acceptance. Communicate clearly with patients and the front office. Maintain organized operatories and respect all equipment and systems. What Weâre Looking For: 2+ years of dental assisting experience. Strong communication and patient education skills. Someone comfortable on the phone and with ongoing phone training Comfortable discussing treatment and answering patient questions. Calm, professional, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, accountable, and motivated to grow. EFDA or advanced experience a plus (not required). Compensation & Schedule: $22â$28/hour , based on experience. Full-time (approximately 32 hours/week ).
