Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns and bridges), and oral surgery Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret radiographs for accurate diagnosis Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to ensure a safe clinical environment Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Manage medical records efficiently using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Experience Valid license to practice dentistry in the state or region where the position is located Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office setting with a focus on general dentistry procedures Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles and practices is highly desirable Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontic procedures preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, medical imaging techniques, and anatomy relevant to dentistry Strong understanding of infection control standards and HIPAA compliance regulations Join us in making a difference by providing top-tier dental care in a supportive environment that encourages professional development.
