General Dentist in Grafton currently accepting applications for driven, energetic, and success-oriented Front Desk Coordinators. SCHEDULE: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday : 8-5 34 to 36 hours / week POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage Post insurance payments Schedule and confirm patient appointments Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis Maintain a clean and professional office environment Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years of Dental Front Office experience required Knowledge of Eaglesoft software is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
