Candid Smiles Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern private dental practice in Houston, TX. We are a privately owned, patient-focused office with a strong team culture, advanced technology, and a calm, well-organized clinical environment. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who values quality patient care, long-term relationships, and working closely with a supportive doctor and team. Compensation & Schedule: $49–$52 per hour. Monthly production bonus opportunity. Full-time schedule. Monday–Thursday + Friday half-day. Consistent schedule and supportive workflow. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and therapeutic hygiene procedures. Complete periodontal charting and assessments. Provide scaling and root planning and periodontal maintenance. Take digital radiographs and CBCT imaging. Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations. Partner closely with the doctor on diagnosis and treatment planning. Help maintain an efficient, on-time hygiene schedule. Qualifications: Required: Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license. Current BLS/CPR certification. 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience. Strong periodontal and radiographic skills. Comfortable with patient education and treatment discussions. Experience using dental software systems. Preferred: Texas Local Anesthesia Permit. Experience with CBCT, digital scanners, laser therapy, or ozone adjuncts.
