Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual, reliable, motivated and friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, skilled and will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting the dental team in delivering exceptional services. This position requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment. Take digital X-rays as needed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Utilize Itero Scanner for accurate imaging and assist in the creation of prosthodontic appliances. Maintain patient records using Oryx dental software. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency. Perform administrative tasks as required, including inventory management of dental supplies. Skills Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Proficient in four-handed dentistry techniques. Familiarity with 3D scanning technology and medical imaging practices. Knowledge of prosthodontics is a plus. Experience with Oryx dental software is a plus! Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
