Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong chairside assisting skills with excellent suction and procedure support Proficient with digital scanning / intraoral scanners Ability to fabricate high-quality temporary crowns Help with ordering dental supplies and stocking dental rooms Experience assisting with clear aligner/orthodontic workflows Experience with denture adjustments and removable appliance support Experience communicating with dental labs and managing lab cases effectively Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills Dentrix Ascend experience is a major plus Responsibilities Include: Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures Digital impressions / scanning Fabricating temporary crowns Assisting with Invisalign / clear aligner procedures and workflow coordination Supporting denture adjustments and removable appliance procedures Coordinating with dental labs to ensure accuracy, case organization, and timely follow-up Sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Taking radiographs and maintaining accurate patient records Presenting treatment plans confidently to patients and understanding dental terminology Supporting the doctor, team, and patients with professionalism and efficiency Helping create a positive, collaborative office culture What Weâre Looking For: Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Team player who communicates well and supports coworkers Ability to anticipate doctor and patient needs Strong clinical skills with a willingness to grow Professional appearance and excellent work ethic Why Join Us?
