As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Orthodontic Assistant. Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic individual that can multi-task and engage well with patients of all ages. In this position, you will play a crucial role in assisting our orthodontist in delivering high-quality care to our patients and being the main impression our patients have during their appointments. Responsibilities: Orthodontic Assistant: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Assist orthodontists during patient procedures and appointments. Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary instruments are sterilized. Take patient records, including X-rays and photos. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care for braces or other orthodontic appliances. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications and Requirements: Willingness to commute to both offices The Villages and Middleton. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
