What You’ll Do Complete comprehensive assessments, including medical histories and oral evaluations Provide patient-centered care: cleanings, scaling and root planing, polishing, fluoride, and preventive therapies Take and interpret dental radiographs (within scope) Administer local anesthesia (if licensed) Place sealants and desensitizing agents Educate patients on oral health, nutrition, and disease prevention Partner with the doctor to develop personalized treatment plans Support exams as needed and ensure smooth patient flow Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes Monitor hygiene inventory and communicate needs Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices What sets us apart A supportive, tight-knit team culture - you’re never just a number A modern practice environment with technology that makes your work easier A balanced schedule that allows for high-quality patient care Leadership that listens and values your clinical input Opportunity to work with both adult and pediatric patients (if you enjoy variety!) We are looking for someone who: Active Massachusetts RDH license Local anesthesia and/or nitrous certification (if applicable) CPR/BLS certification Experience with dental software Strong understanding of dental terminology, hygiene protocols, and infection control Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus, but not required Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Pay: From $52.00 per hour Language: Portuguese (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Work Location: In person
