Dental Front Desk We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Dental Front Desk team member who is looking for a long-term career opportunity in a dental practice. Our office utilizes Dentrix software and provides a wide range of advanced dental treatments including orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, same-day dentistry, and laser dentistry. We have a strong patient base, an organized schedule, and excellent growth potential for the right candidate. Responsibilities Include: Greeting and assisting patients with professionalism and warmth Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Answering phones and handling administrative duties Coordinating treatment plans and patient communication Supporting the clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Dental office experience preferred Experience with Dentrix and insurance verification is a plus We pride ourselves on providing a positive workplace atmosphere where team members are valued, respected, and supported.
