Patient Care Coordinator - Full Time We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team! The Patient Care Coordinator should be well-organized with great attention to detail. We are highly structured, and strive to work within the office systems. We take our work very seriously, but like to have fun doing it! An overview of the duties would include those such as: Checking patients in Checking patients out Managing requests for patient information from other offices Managing requests for medical clearance Patient communications including incoming calls, texts, emails etc. Calls out to patients to confirm appointments Scheduling patients Managing referrals Taking payments Discuss treatment plans Discuss insurance benefits Ideal Candidate overview: Kind in any situation, especially difficult or stressful Familiar and proficient with computers, typing, and with Microsoft office programs Capable of having a conversation and communicating details in clear concise manner Comfortable with basic math and creating change from payments Enjoys fast pace setting Comfortable working with a team, no drama, no conflict Dependable, consistent, reliable Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7am-7pm One Saturday a month from 7am-1pm Contact: Please refrain from contacting our office via phone regarding your application.
