Looking for a part-time Dental Assistant to take career position at a cosmetic focused practice. We are a pioneering cosmetic-focused dental practice, founded on innovation and superior patient care. We are looking for motivated applicants with the desire to challenge themselves within an exclusive, highly professional atmosphere. Compensation: $19 -$21 per hr. (Depending on Experience) Responsibilities: -Chairside assisting in all general dentistry procedures -Infection control -Supply management -Proficient in impressions and radiology -Inputting treatment plans diagnosed by doctor Qualifications & Skills: -1-2+ yrs. experience as a dental assistant -Open Dental software experience (preferred) -Highly motivated self-starter (Must be comfortable as DDS solo assistant) -Willing to take on added responsibilities as a team leader -Patient relations/customer service oriented -Professional language/dental terminology -Experience with cosmetic procedures (preferred) Work Days/Hours: -Mondays and Wednesdays 7:30am – 5:00pm (closed for lunch daily 1:00pm – 2:00pm) -Part-Time position (Potential for additional days) Education: -Dental Assisting School (preferred) -High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) Certification: -Radiology (required/current) -BLS/CPR (required/current) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
