Our office is expanding and we are looking for a professional, friendly person to help our dental team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with patients and other team members in a caring and compassionate way and will have excellent time management skills. Our dental team is interested in hiring intelligent individuals with an ability to multi-task efficiently, a passion for dentistry and who have experience working as a DAII. Responsibilities: Assist dentist with patient care, office operations, and other duties as needed. Assist patients in making dental treatment decisions. Perform chairside dental assisting procedures, such as preparing patients for treatments, suctioning, x-ray imaging, and providing patient care in a safe and effective manner. Perform general clerical duties in the dental office. Be familiar with the basic oral anatomy of the human tooth. Understand the interactions between the teeth and supporting tissues. Understand how to use dental equipment.
