We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our small, close-knit endodontic practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-focused environment where flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude are valued. Our office is hands-on, and we are looking for someone who can stay organized, work closely with the doctor, and provide excellent patient care. The ideal candidate is confident, dependable, and open to adjusting their assisting style to fit the doctor’s preferred workflow rather than being set in established habits. Because we are a small office, our team works together closely and the front and back office help each other whenever needed. We are looking for someone who is a true team player and willing to jump in where needed to help the office run smoothly.
