For both Dr. Jeff Jamieson and Dr. Brent Fulks, orthodontics is part of the family. Dr. Jeff Jamieson is a third generation orthodontist, following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Scott Jamieson, and grandfather Dr. Douglas Jamieson. Dr. Brent Fulks also took over the family business from his father Dr. Alan Fulks, who recently retired after practicing orthodontics for over 42 years. Our office is currently looking for an orthodontic assistant to join our team. As an assistant, you must have excellent communication skills, a positive upbeat attitude, be professional, a multi-tasker, detail-oriented and a motivated team member. Orthodontic/dental experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Chairside assisting Taking records (including x-rays, photos, and digital scans) Sterilization Untie/retie patients Preparing teeth for bonding Qualifications: Dental experience preferred but willing to train the right individual with a great positive and outgoing personality High School Diploma or GED certificate X-ray certification (will provide) CPR certification (will provide) Schedule 28 hours per week Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm (Winter Hours) September-May 8:30am-3:30pm (Summer Hours) June-August Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Paid sick time Paid time off Retirement plan Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
