We are currently seeking a Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) who is passionate about dentistry and excited to be part of a growing, supportive team. What You’ll Do: Assist doctors chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization/infection control standards Take digital x-rays and intraoral photos Support patient education and help create a comfortable experience Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation Assist with impressions, temporaries, one surface fillings, and other expanded functions (based on certification/licensure) Help ensure smooth patient flow and support the clinical team as needed What We’re Looking For: Current CDA or RDA certification/licensure (required) Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment Excellent communication and patient interaction skills A positive attitude and strong work ethic A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed Commitment to growth and continued learning in dentistry What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time benefits package including health, vision, HSA, life insurance, and 401(k) with matching Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts on dental services Ongoing training and opportunities to expand your skills A supportive culture where you are valued, respected, and encouraged to grow + MORE!
