Front Desk Coordinator – Dental Office Smile Arc Dental Group – San Diego, CA 92127 Smile Arc Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing multi-specialty dental practice. Our office provides comprehensive care including Orthodontics, General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, and Oral Surgery. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork and professionalism. Position Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Collect patient payments and manage account balances Present treatment plans and discuss financial options when needed Greet and check in/check out patients Maintain accurate patient records and office communication Coordinate with doctors and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Support overall front office operations Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing Experience with treatment presentation is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a busy office setting Familiarity with dental software preferred Compensation Pay dependent on experience Benefits Opportunity for growth in a multi-specialty practice Supportive team environment Full-time position available Location Smile Arc Dental Group San Diego, CA 92127 To apply, please send your resume and contact information.
