We are seeking an organized Front Office Coordinator, Monday-Thursday (Fridays as needed) who can help keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering the high level of service our patients expect. Key Responsibilities Treatment coordination while providing a warm, professional experience for every patient. Manage scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and collections Support front desk operations and daily administrative workflow Assist the team in meeting production and collections goals Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and office compliance standards Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordination required Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dental practice Preferred: Dental insurance and billing experience Multi-provider or multi-location practice experience is a plus.
