Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Austin, TX
Overview: Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to delivering excellent clinical support and patient care in a fast-paced dental environment. Schedule (days/hours): 5 days Responsibilities: Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed Provide exceptional patient care and education Maintain accurate patient records and charting Support infection control and OSHA compliance standards Assist with scheduling, lab cases, and clinical workflow Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout treatment Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Minimum 1â2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation: $22-$25/hour About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (âPTOâ), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
