In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of dental treatments. Your contributions will be vital for our long-term success, as you ensure our treatment rooms are always prepared and support our dentists in providing outstanding service. Help us drive revenue and growth while making a positive impact on our patients’ experiences! YOU WILL: Inspect and ensure all common and office areas are clean and at peak readiness. Meet with dentists and lead to review upcoming patient treatment. Greet, seat, take blood pressure, review history and provide information to patients. Support dentists during treatment. Take x-rays efficiently and correctly. Sterilize treatment area and instruments. Confirm trays/materials, lab cases, and offices are prepared to ensure peak readiness for next day patient schedules Ensures OSHA hazard protocols and office standards are maintained. WE SEEK: Strong desire to serve the internal and external customer. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Energetic and flexible. Manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through. Work well in a fast -paced pressure-oriented environment. Well organized and detail oriented. Exhibit sound judgment. Strong computer skills, required. Able to understand and communicate dental/orthodontic terminology. CPR certification, required. Texas RDA license, required.
