Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant at Rosy Dental, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while supporting a wide range of clinical procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is driven, adaptable, and excited to work with modern dental technology. Schedule & Compensation: Part-time, flexible schedule (FridaysâSaturdays with select Sundays) Weekly pay Key Responsibilities: Assist providers chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and break down operatories efficiently Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Take diagnostic images and assist with digital workflows Support a smooth and elevated patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations Advanced Training & Clinical Development: We provide hands-on paid training in advanced dental technologies to support your growth, including CT imaging, photogrammetry, iCam photography, digital intraoral scanning, and 3D printing. Requirements: Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Current BLS/CPR certification Strong understanding of infection control protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused Patient first Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital dentistry and modern workflows Familiarity with dental software Surgical assisting experience (implants, extractions, full-arch cases) *We are willing to train the right candidate in these areas.
