With multiple established and growing locations, we are seeking a high-performing RDA who thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment. This is more than a traditional assisting role â we are looking for someone who can support clinical efficiency, enhance the patient experience, and help drive treatment acceptance. What Youâll Do Assist the dentist during a wide range of procedures while maintaining efficiency and patient comfort Take digital X-rays and accurately chart in Open Dental Keep the doctor on schedule by anticipating needs and maintaining strong clinical flow Prepare, sterilize, and organize operatories to support a high-volume environment Reinforce doctor treatment plans and help patients understand the value of care Educate patients on services including Invisalign and restorative treatment Support case acceptance by building trust and confidence with patients Deliver a high level of customer service and create a positive patient experience Work confidently with both adults and children Assist front office when needed (scheduling, follow-ups, coordination) Maintain a clean, organized, and production-focused clinical environment What Weâre Looking For Texas RDA license preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Experience with Open Dental preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, high-volume office Team player with a positive, professional attitude Reliable, organized, and proactive Key Skills & Strengths Experience in high-production dental environments Strong ability to connect with patients and build trust quickly Comfortable discussing treatment and supporting case acceptance Familiarity with Invisalign workflows and patient education Efficient, detail-oriented, and able to stay ahead of the doctor Strong multitasking and time management skills Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred) Work Location: In person
