Registered Dental Hygienist. Location: Bloomington, MN. Position Type: Full-Time (32 hours per week). Schedule: 32 hours per week. Flexible scheduling based on practice needs. Compensation: Hourly Rate: $59/hour. Annualized Compensation: Approximately $98,176/year (based on 32 hours/week). Additional Earnings: Production-based bonus opportunity. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, privately owned dental practice in Bloomington, MN. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building. Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and removal of deposits and stains. Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings. Take and process dental radiographs. Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments. Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and long-term dental health. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and clinical documentation. Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications: Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient care.
