Our growing dental practice is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for a motivated professional with 3+ years of experience who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of Dental Assistant experience (multi-office experience preferred) Proficient with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) Experienced with dental technology (intraoral radiographs, intraoral scanners) Strong chairside assisting skills for general procedures Excellent communication and patient care skills Able to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays X-ray certification required Coronal polishing certification preferred CPR certification required Responsibilities Assist the dentist and support the team during orthodontic, TMD, and restorative procedures Take digital X-rays and perform intraoral scans Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Accurately chart and update patient records Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols What We Offer Starting pay: $30/hour Benefits: medical insurance, discounted dental care, 401(k) retirement plan, company-provided life insurance, and a 529 education savings plan Paid vacation Professional development opportunities If you are dependable, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care, we would love to hear from you!
