Who We’re Looking For MN Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) Passion for patient care, education, and coaching Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence discussing periodontal and restorative treatment options Growth mindset and desire to continually improve Positive, team-oriented attitude Compensation & Benefits $45-50/hr DOE (based on experience, communication, and patient education skills) Flexible scheduling Benefits (including dental, PTO, 401k and holidays) available based on qualifying part time hours.
