In this role, you will help create a positive and engaging dental experience for children while supporting our dedicated dental professionals. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment. Educate children and their parents on proper dental hygiene practices. Manage patient records . Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and welcoming. Provide compassionate support to children to ease their dental anxiety. Maintain inventory of dental supplies and reorder as necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred. Experience in pediatric dentistry or dental assisting is a plus. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with children. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and sterilization techniques. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Positive attitude and a passion for helping children.
