Dental Hygienist - Grand Avenue Dental - Waukesha, WI

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team part time. As a Dental Hygienist at Grand Avenue Dental you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and providing quality dental care to our patients. This role ideally would be Monday and Thursday (2 day weeks) from 8:00AM-5:00PM. We are a private practice with one dentist and one other hygienist. Your role in our office: - Conduct thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments - Take dental x-rays - Perform oral cancer screenings - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care - Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in dentrix - Follow proper infection control protocols - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure ideal patient care To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience: - Familiarity with dental software and willingness to learn Dentrix, dexis imaging - Experience working with patients of all ages Apply today to join our dental team!
