Responsibilities Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance. Effectively communicate clinical findings and recommended treatment to the doctor and patient in a clear, professional manner. Accurately enter and maintain digital charting and clinical documentation for each patient visit. Review existing treatment plans, confirm procedures to be completed, and reinforce home-care instructions with patients. Adhere to strict infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols to ensure a clean and compliant clinical environment. Qualifications Current, active state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH) in good standing. Proficiency with digital charting systems, digital radiography, and standard dental practice software. Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy, disease prevention, and patient education techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
