Who Weâre Looking For A Patient Care Coordinator Who: · Enthusiastic about patient care â from building rapport to patient education. · Strong administrative skills with a commitment to conservative, patient-centered care. · Outstanding communication, documentation, and time management skills. · A positive, collaborative team player who loves building lasting patient relationships. · Coronal polishing preferred (but not required). Your Responsibilities · Greet and welcome patients while performing check-in processes. · Verify and document insurance eligibility and frequencies. · Schedule patients accurately while honoring a block schedule. · Perform various administrative/reception tasks such as answer and direct phone calls, taking messages, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. · Recare coordinator and new patient concierge. · A positive, collaborative team player who loves building lasting patient relationships. · Strong administrative skills with a commitment to conservative, patient-centered care. · Outstanding communication, documentation, and time management skills. · Contribute your voice, ideas and positivity to our amazing team!
