Part-Time Dental Hygienist Folsom, Ca - Sierra Dental Studio - Folsom, CA

We are a modern, state-of-the-art private dental practice in Folsom, California, seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a part-time position for 2 days per week , with the potential for growth. Our office is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and collaborative environment. We are looking for a hygienist who is enthusiastic about oral health, values patient relationships, and thrives in a team-oriented setting. Schedule: Our practice is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Specific working days can be discussed based on availability. Responsibilities: Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing Conduct oral health assessments and document findings Take digital dental X-rays Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Assist in diagnosing conditions such as gingivitis and periodontal disease Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate with the dentist and team to provide comprehensive care Requirements: Active California Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices Excellent communication and patient care skills Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with digital charting and X-ray systems preferred What We Offer: Competitive hourly compensation (based on experience) Supportive and positive work environment Modern technology and equipment Opportunity to grow within the practice If you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a high-quality dental team, we would love to hear from you!
