General Dentist – Part-Time Position Perrysburg, Ohio About Our Practice We are a well-established, patient-centered general dentistry practice in Perrysburg, Ohio. Our modern, efficiently run office is dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days per week (7-hour shifts). This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no weekend or evening hours required, while providing the opportunity to practice in a growing, thriving private practice with strong earning potential. Compensation and Benefits Hybrid compensation model: $850 daily guarantee or 32% of adjusted production, whichever is greater. 4% employer 401(k) match. Prorated malpractice insurance coverage (added to the practice’s existing policy). Laboratory fees fully covered by the practice. Note: As a part-time role, health insurance and formal continuing education stipends are not provided. Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain one). Current CPR certification. Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, endodontics, extractions, and routine oral surgery.
