Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our private endodontic practice in South Tulsa. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the smooth operation of our endodontic practice. Willingness to learn and improve skills/responsibilities over time is essential, and opportunities for increased pay may be available as skills and responsibilities are increased. Responsibilities Assist the endodontist during procedures. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and CBCT. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Educate patients on endodontic procedures and post-treatment care. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is required. Previous experience assisting endodontics is preferred but not required. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential. Understanding of infection control protocols within a dental clinic setting. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently. Must be willing to learn.
