Dental Hygienist â Full Time Private Practice | 4 Day Work Week We are a laid-back, single doctor private practice looking for a full-time dental hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of a supportive team. Our office is focused on providing the kind of dental experience we would want for ourselves and our families. We value quality care, patient education, and creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. We intentionally allow time for our team to connect with patients and provide thorough care without feeling rushed. What you can expect in our office: 1 hour hygiene appointments 90 minute new patient appointments 4 day work week with approximately 29 hours of patient care A patient education focused approach without pressure to sell products or treatment Loyal patients and a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere A private practice environment where everyone helps each other when needed A respectful workplace where your time, skills, and input are valued Our hygienists manage their own operatory while working alongside a team that communicates well and enjoys working together.
