Compensation Compensation is production-based at 30% of collections, with a daily guarantee that scales with your experience ($850–$1,000/day — exact structure discussed based on your background). All lab fees are covered by the practice. If applicable, we're also open to discussing CE allowance, malpractice, and benefits for the right candidate. About the Role You'll join a busy, well-run office with strong new patient flow and a loyal, high-case-acceptance patient base. Full days are the norm — not because we pack the schedule, but because patients show up, trust us, and follow through on care. MUST-HAVE DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active California dental license (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience DEA registration Current CPR/BLS certification NICE-TO-HAVE CEREC / CAD-CAM workflow experience Implant, Invisalign, or cosmetic training Comfort with oral surgery (extractions, minor bone grafting) Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix Bilingual (Spanish is a plus) The Long-Term Picture We're not hiring an associate just to fill a chair.
