Responsibilities: Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor. Verify patient demographics and insurance information. Assist patients with digital forms and patient portal access. Confirm upcoming appointments via phone/text. Enter and maintain accurate insurance details in Curve Software. Answer phones promptly and direct calls appropriately. Schedule and manage recare and treatment appointments. Handle rescheduling with a focus on maintaining a productive schedule. Document all interactions clearly in patient charts. Complete new patient intake and onboarding. Verify insurance eligibility and update benefit breakdowns. Qualifications: Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
