Weâre Hiring: Dental Assistants & Hygiene AssistantsMultiple Part-Time Positions Available2â3 Days Per Week Weâre looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who want more than just a paycheck, weâre looking for people who want to grow, learn, and become part of something bigger. What Youâll Do Depending on your role and experience, responsibilities may include: Assisting doctors and hygienists in a fast-paced clinical environment. Taking diagnostic-quality x-rays and intraoral photos Supporting patient flow and creating an exceptional patient experience Assisting with procedures including crowns, fillings, root canals, extractions, and hygiene visits Polishing, flossing, fluoride treatments, and patient education Instrument transfer, suction, retraction, room setup and breakdown Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for Supporting treatment planning and communication with patients This is a great opportunity for someone who loves dentistry, enjoys staying busy, and thrives in a strong team environment. What Weâre Looking ForThe Right Person Is: - Proactive: sees what needs to be done and jumps in- -Adaptable: handles fast pace and change with a positive attitude - Reliable: follows through and shows consistency - Team & Patient Focused: kind, emotionally steady, and supportive - Efficient: moves with urgency while still maintaining quality care Experience: 1+ year of dental experience preferred Strong x-ray skills preferred (or willingness to learn quickly) Excellent communication and patient connection skills Positive, growth-minded attitude No experience?
