What Weâre Looking For: Weâre seeking an experienced, confident Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with confidence and clarity Scheduling for hygiene and doctor schedules Managing multi-line phone systems and patient communications Coordinating and prioritizing a dynamic workload Delivering outstanding front-office customer service Supporting a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out Requirements: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required Previous dental office experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Dentrix software preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional presentation and phone skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task in a busy environment Positive, confident, and poised demeanor Schedule & Benefits: Full-time : 4 days/week (10-hour shifts) Sliding schedule : MondayâFriday (Enjoy a 4-day weekend twice a month!)
