EFDA Dental Assistant - Pediatric Dental Associates - Redmond, OR

Well-established pediatric dental practice looking for a full-time or part-time EFDA certified dental assistant to join or team! Full-time employees work out of both office locations and are eligible for great benefits. Part-time can be in Bend or Redmond location, 2-3 days per week. Fast paced, fun environment, great team! - Perform child prophylaxis - Take and develop dental x-rays - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques - Maintain accurate patient records - Assist dentist for procedures Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (EFDA) - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well in a team Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: EFDA Certification (Required) X-Ray Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
