This role offers the ability to earn well above average through a combination of efficiency, strong case acceptance, and exposure to advanced procedures. Clinical Scope Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns) Extractions, including surgical extractions Opportunity to participate in full-arch implant dentistry Routine exams and hygiene visits as needed What We Expect Strong clinical competency in general dentistry Ability to diagnose and present treatment clearly Team-first attitude with accountability and efficiency Willingness to perform hygiene checks/visits when required Growth mindset and openness to mentorship MUST BE WILLING to see routine hygiene patients for prophylaxis as well as SRP.
