Castle Peak & Avon Dental is seeking a temporary or traveling Registered Dental Hygienist for a short-term opportunity within a high-functioning, patient-centered practice. This position is well suited for a Colorado-licensed hygienist or a clinician who can obtain licensure quickly and is looking to step into a structured, supportive environment without a heavy production-driven schedule. Our practice emphasizes clinical quality, communication, and teamwork. Hygienists here are integrated into treatment discussions and play an active role in supporting patient outcomes, not just completing hygiene appointments. Compensation and Schedule $55 to $65 per hour based on experience 4-day workweek with a consistent schedule Housing provided for the duration of the assignment Health insurance and 401(k) eligibility depending on length of employment Estimated total compensation value with housing included: approximately $68 to $78 per hour Clinical Environment You will be working in a comprehensive general dentistry practice that includes: Preventive and restorative care Dental implants and full-mouth rehabilitation IV sedation services Botox and filler treatments Airway and sleep-related therapy for adults and children This structure allows hygienists to be involved in more advanced care planning and collaborative treatment discussions beyond routine hygiene.
