Practice 32 is a hygiene-only dental practice in Colorado Springs. We need one full-time hygienist starting in 2 to 3 weeks. WHY HYGIENE-ONLY MATTERS No doctor exams pulling you off schedule. No restorative chaos in the next column. Single-column hygiene. You own your day. No assistant handoffs. You set the pace. You go home when the work is done. PAY - HONEST NUMBERS FROM OUR PAYROLL Your monthly paycheck is the higher of two numbers: - $53/hr x your hours worked, OR - 30% of your monthly production The guaranteed floor is $53/hr. Across our team, effective hourly typically lands $58 to $68/hr (median $58). The floor catches slow weeks - about 1 month in 3 across the team, mostly December through February. New hires take roughly 6 months to settle consistently above the floor as the patient roster builds. These numbers come from our actual payroll, not a pitch. SCHEDULE - Full-time, 4 days per week - No nights, no weekends - Schedule posted in advance - Start date: 2 to 3 weeks from offer accepted WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required: - Active Colorado RDH license - 1+ year clinical experience (new grads, talk to us anyway) - Comfortable in single-column hygiene-led care Strongly preferred: - Laser certification - Local anesthesia certification Hygiene-only means you own the entire workup. Both certs are strongly preferred so you can practice the full scope on day one. If you don't have them yet, plan to obtain them within your first 6 months.
