We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our private Orthodontic practice located in Springfield, PA. Prior experience working in a dental/orthodontic office is required. Practice Location: Anthony L. Cook, DMD - 135 S. State Road, Springfield, PA 19064 (Springfield Shopping Center) Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients: Complete patient check-in and paperwork Provide treatment estimates and collect payments Answering Phone Calls: Manage calls professionally, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries. Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling. Submitting Insurance Claims: Process and follow up on insurance claims. Administrative Tasks: Handle office duties like maintaining records, typing letters and preparing charts. Basic Excel Reports: Track appointments and data using Excel reports.
