Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time) We are a friendly family dental office seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about patient care and committed to creating a positive dental experience for our patients. Responsibilities Review and update patient medical and oral health histories Conduct intraoral and extraoral oral cancer screenings Identify conditions such as gingivitis, dental caries, and periodontitis Take digital FMX and bitewing X-rays as needed Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning and removing tartar, stains, and plaque Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home care techniques Maintain accurate patient charts and clinical documentation Follow office safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment Qualifications Registered Dental Hygienist license in the State of Connecticut Current CPR certification 1–2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred Friendly, caring, and professional demeanor Strong knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and hygiene procedures Excellent communication and patient care skills Job Type Part-time If you are dependable, team-oriented, and enjoy helping patients achieve healthy smiles, we would love to hear from you!
