Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who wants to grow with a professional, purpose-driven team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Key Responsibilities Chair-side assisting for a variety of procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, implant surgery) Making temporary crowns Performing CEREC and Itero scanning placing attachments Taking impressions and digital impressions Cord packing, teeth polishing, and applying sealants Managing sterilization and operatory setup/breakdown Handling dental supply inventory and lab case management Assisting with records, impressions, x-rays, and updating digital charts Skills & Qualities That Will Help You Succeed Empathy and ability to make patients feel at ease Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented and organized Proficient with dental software and digital systems Practice Hours Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($25–$32/hour) 401(k) Paid time off Employee discounts Join Our Team If you’re ready to build a rewarding career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.
