Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility Collect payments, process Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address patient inquiries promptly Maintain accurate dental records and review documentation for completeness and compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with insurance verification, claims submission, and follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement Requirements Proven experience in a dental office Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy clinic environment Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient service and phone etiquette Ability to verify insurance benefits accurately and process payments confidently while maintaining HIPAA compliance Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations effectively Prior dental office experience is preferred; familiarity with dental billing, Must be dependable and on time Hours: Monday through Friday 8:20-5:45 $500.00 SIGNING BONUS AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
