Position Overview & Sponsoring Program We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and career-minded applicant to join our team as a Dental Assistant Trainee . No prior dental assisting certification is required to apply. For the right candidate, our practice will fully sponsor and pay 100% of the tuition, registration, and course material fees ($1,280 total value) for your mandatory California compliance and radiography modules: Infection Control & California Dental Practice Act Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification Radiation Safety / X-Ray Certification Note: In consideration of this training investment, the trainee explicitly agrees to a two-year service commitment as an employee in good standing. Key Requirements & Office Expectations To maintain our high standard of patient care and smooth daily operations, all team members are expected to align with the following standard office policies: 90-Day Introductory Period: There is a strict no time off policy for the first 90 days of employment. Predictable attendance is critical, and any missed time during this probationary period may result in termination. Holiday Blackout Period: Due to the seasonal needs of our patients, there is no approved time off from after Thanksgiving to January 15th every year. Professional Commitment: Maintain status as an employee in good standing by consistently meeting baseline performance expectations, complying with operational workflows, and maintaining excellent attendance.
