We are hiring a Dental Front Office Operations Trainee for a structured, fast-paced dental practice. This is not a casual receptionist position. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy: Learning systems and processes. Working in a highly organized environment. Becoming highly reliable and detail-oriented. Communicating clearly and professionally- Improving through feedback and repetition. No dental experience is required. We provide extensive training for candidates who demonstrate the right work habits, thinking style, and willingness to learn. Important Reality of the Role This position involves: Frequent interruptions. Multiple simultaneous responsibilities. Insurance and billing systems. Patient communication- High attention to detail. Structured operational processes. Accuracy is more important than speed . We are looking for people who pause, verify, and ask questions before acting when needed. This Role Is a Strong Fit for Someone Who: Naturally follows structured processes. Is comfortable asking questions when unsure. Learns from mistakes without becoming defensive. Uses notes, checklists, or systems to stay organized. Remains calm and professional under pressure. Wants to develop long-term operational and administrative skills. Takes pride in being reliable and accurate. This Role Is NOT a Good Fit for Someone Who: Prefers improvising instead of following processes. Avoids asking questions when uncertain. Prioritizes speed over accuracy. Dislikes structure or accountability. Becomes easily overwhelmed by interruptions. Struggles receiving feedback or correction. Is looking for a short-term temporary position. Responsibilities Training will be provided for: Insurance verification and insurance data entry. Patient scheduling and appointment coordination. Claims processing and insurance follow-up. Patient account reviews and payment collection. Patient check-in and check-out procedures. Treatment coordination support. Follow-up communication with patients. Administrative and operational front office support- Inventory tracking and supply ordering. Qualifications: We are hiring based primarily on behavior, structure, and coachability rather than dental experience. Strong candidates typically demonstrate: Attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication. Organizational ability. Strong learning mindset. Reliability and consistency. Ability to follow instructions carefully. Emotional maturity under pressure. Professional phone communication. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Compensation & Benefits: $15/hour during initial training period. Performance-based increase after first 90 days.
